Challenge: shift from a quarterly print concept to a weekly digital cadence while leveraging a 26k-alumni database.

Outcome: a clear editorial brand, owned channels, and a faster newsletter workflow with fully autonomous teams.

Objective

Turn an underused 26,000-alumni database into an active audience through a digital content system (blog + newsletter + social) supported by a light content platform.

Context & Challenge

EPHEC’s continuing-education department wanted to keep close to alumni and initially planned a quarterly print magazine (12 articles/year). We recommended a digital approach to increase frequency, reach, and measurability: publish one article per week and orchestrate distribution via blog + newsletter + social.

Editorial brand: Ambitions & Perspectives — a clear, inclusive name that signals the platform’s intent (inspire, project, guide).

Design principles: sobriety, clarity, usability — fully aligned with EPHEC’s master brand.System: owned blog (Webflow) + CRM/marketing automation (ActiveCampaign) for subscriber growth and personalised newsletters.
